We believe that until there is a fair distribution of wealth among all individuals, the world cannot equally progress. Thus, with the help of our donors, we extend helping hands to deserving people from different backgrounds to build a stronger society as a whole where everyone has a fair chance at life.
We aspire to facilitate every needy individual to receive the support that he/she deserves, regardless of age, gender, and location.
Relieving poverty from any means makes the basis of our farsighted mission. From the water, food, shelter, orphan care, scholarships and supporting women to community development. we aspire to be the voice of every needy person. We make to ensure that they never feel hopeless in life ever.
We want to change the living standards of our community to make sure that they enjoy an equal share of life like everyone else.
We aspire to see a world where no one has to shrink down to nothing due to a lack of resources. Eradication of poverty from the world is the ultimate goal that we work for every day. We are a bridge between privileged and underprivileged, connecting resources given by the former to be delivered to the latter. We lead people to reach their true potentials of being.
On behalf of the patients we serve, we would like to thank CSMWA For the Relief of Poverty for your continued support to Canadian Blood Services. The event on Saturday August 28th, 2021 at the McGregor Park Community Centre was a huge success, in part due to the support of your group members. Coordinating, promoting and hosting a blood donor clinic takes a lot of time and resources. Despite the current global pandemic and your busy schedule, you and your team made sure the clinic got the support it required. CSMWA has clearly shown that saving lives has become an integral and pro-active part of its community commitments by ensuring patients have the ability to receive their lifesaving blood and blood products to survive. And for this, we thank you!! Together, we are Canada’s Lifeline!

I am deeply appreciative of Zeenath and the organization for all the assistance I received in finding a suitable place of employment. As a newcomer to Canada, I was anxious that I would face immense difficulties with finding a job, but I am very grateful that Zeenath not only identified a job opportunity, but one that is directly linked to my field of study. The organization is undoubtedly doing a fantastic job to help Sri Lankans settle down, so far away from home.

I was so glad to receive an excellent service provided by CSMWA (csmwa.ca) who arrange to create water wells for the needy in many of the remote areas of Sri Lanka. I was recommended by friends to use CSMWA worthy services. I always wanted someone who is reliable and trustworthy to create a water well in memory of my late mother and father. I must say their water wells are brilliantly created, seeing is believing. (See photos below) I would recommend anyone to look at their website and their price structure to create water wells with three categories of prices. I must say, all of their three choices of water wells are excellent value for money, Also CSMWA take the trouble to print your memorial names and wishes are printed with paint, all these are included in the prices quoted. As I live in the UK, for someone to help to complete building the water wells is amazingly convenient. I would mention for the full completion of water wells and the prices offered are very reasonable. The service offered by CSMWA would be helpful for Sri Lankans living aboard who wish to create and build a water well in remote areas of Sri Lanka in memory of their parents, brothers and sisters or in memory of any other family members. Finally, I cannot emphasis how helpful the CSMWA team members are, immediately after placing my order the work was completed within three weeks.

I am writing back to you all at the CSMWA with some updates. The Community Partnership Program has made an unimaginable impact on my work situation. I had previously been working a regular part-time retail job while doing my studies until I had been informed by someone close to me about the job opportunities the CSMWA had been offering. Despite my lack of experience in an office setting or as an accounting, I was given a chance to work as an accountant at MCM2001 Inc. and have been loving it. Due to the connections you guys have, I had the chance to try out accounting and the entire hiring process took 1 week! I am truly grateful for the work you guys do and I can definitely say I recommend anyone struggling in the community to reach out. They will not disappoint.
